All packages are shipped by air. You can expect to receive the package in 3 to 7 working days. If it is a holiday, this time may be extended, and you can expect to receive the package in 5 to 12 working days.

Regarding this issue, you can record an unpacking video when you receive the package. If there is a problem with the package, you can provide the unpacking video and we will provide you with a refund and return label according to your needs.
